Pennsylvania Growth Fund (PGF) is an investment partnership that has been making private equity investments in PA businesses for more than 20 years.
Pennsylvania Growth Fund III (PGF III) was formed for the purpose of investing in buyouts of established micro-cap businesses, focusing on Western Pennsylvania. PGF III looks to invest in companies with stable and consistent earnings history, as well as the potential for growth under new ownership.

PGF III consists of an experienced investment committee and full time staff.
